1. Services are provided subject to availability of network and technical feasibility in the customer’s location.
2. Plans, pricing, and offers are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Subscription charges must be paid in advance for uninterrupted services.
4. Installation, equipment (routers, set-top boxes, etc.), and wiring charges are non-refundable once completed.
5. IPTV services include only those channels/packages subscribed as per plan. Any change in broadcaster content is not under our control.
6. Customers must not misuse the service for illegal activities, piracy, or reselling without written approval.
7. SSK NET SERVICES shall not be responsible for service interruptions due to force majeure events (natural calamities, power failures, regulatory actions, etc.).
8. All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of Maharashtra courts
Refund Policy
1. Payments once made are generally non-refundable.
2. Refunds will only be considered in cases of failed transactions, duplicate payments, or installation not being feasible from our end.
3. No refund will be issued if the customer cancels service after activation.
4. Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 15-30 working days to the original mode of payment.
5. Deposits for equipment (if any) are refundable only after return of equipment in good working condition

1. SSK NET SERVICE values your privacy and ensures protection of personal data such as name, contact number, email, and address.
2. Information collected is used only for service activation, billing, support, and communication.
3. We do not sell or trade customer information to third parties.
4. Data may be shared with authorized partners (payment gateways, regulatory authorities, or service vendors) only for service-related purposes.
5. All online transactions are encrypted and secured with industry-standard protocols.
6. Customers are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of their login details and passwords.
7. We may update this policy from time to time, and such changes will be communicated through our website or official communication channels.
